18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in early pregnancy (8-12w); 2. Patients aged 18-40 years; 3. Patients without diabetes mellitus and hypertension (without the examination in the group); 4. Patients without infectious diseases; 5. Singleton pregnancy; 6. Patients without physical disability; 7. Patients who plan to breastfeed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor hypothyroidism control; 2. Patients with poor memory or poor mood who can't cooperate; 3. Patients with severe protein and other food allergies.
