Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) post-thoracic surgery patients. 2) older than 18 years. 3) patients with adverse events defined by TMM criteria. 4) patients without adverse events defined by TMM criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulties in communication and coordination, such as language comprehension, mental illness, etc.; 2. Identification / suspicion of a history of alcohol, analgesic or other drug abuse and addiction; 3. History of unstable Angina and myocardial infarction within 3 months; 4. The patients with NYHA grade >= 3, blood pressure >= 180 / 110mm HG (WHO-ISH hypertension guideline grade 3 hypertension) were interviewed before operation; 5. Diabetic patients with diabetic complications (diabetic Ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, various infections, macroangiopathy, diabetic nephropathy, retinopathy, diabetic cardiomyopathy, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic foot, etc.); 6. Emergency chest surgery or ICU surgery; 7. Severe cerebrovascular disease.
