18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with talus cartilage injury scheduled for ankle arthroscopy in the foot and ankle group, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University since August 2021: A. Men and women, 18-60 years old; B. Mri examination and ankle arthroscopy were to be performed, and informed consent was to be signed. C. Sign informed consent for clinical study; D. The general condition of the patient can, ability to tolerate anesthesia and surgery; E. Willing and able to comply with the treatment, rehabilitation, nursing and follow-up plan of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. A history of ipsilateral ankle surgery; B. The patient has diabetes; C. The patient has an autoimmune disease and the disease is active. D. Patients with advanced tumors; E. Mental retardation or any mental illness that interferes with the understanding of informed consent; F. Severe cardiac insufficiency, grade III or above; G. Patients with severe renal insufficiency and uremia; H. Severe liver dysfunction, child-Pugh grade C or above; I. Patients with abnormal coagulation function and intolerance to surgery.
