Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In patients with clinically confirmed liver metastasis from advanced malignant tumor, there is at least one measurable lesion in the liver, the size of the lesion & LT;5cm, number of lesions 3 months; (4) No recent new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hemorrhagic diseases and other clinical emergencies ; (5) Liver function Child grade A or B; (6) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of allergy to PD-1 antibody; (2) Contraindications to RFA; (3) The HIV positive; (4) Autoimmune diseases; (5) With a severe infection or underlying disease, such as hemorrhagic peptic ulcer, ileus, heart failure, kidney failure, or poorly controlled diabetes; (6) Failure to comply with the test requirements; (7) Pregnancy (confirmed by serum or urine human chorionic gonadotropin [-HCG]) or lactation.
