Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. inability to meet nutritional requirements orally; 3. estimated duration of enteral nutrition therapy at home for at least 4 weeks; 4. stable clinical status; 5. patient and family acceptance; 6. appropriate and safe home environment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindication for enteral nutrition; life expectancy of fewer than 2 months; pregnancy; severe renal or liver dysfunction; participation in another clinical study; and inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent.
