60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 60 years of age male and female; 2. Fresh thoracolumbar OVCF with posterior vertebral wall damage (CT showed fracture posterior vertebral wall damage or with partial fracture fragments transferred backward into the vertebral canal occupying less than 1/3 of the sagittal diameter of the vertebral canal); 3. The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary or metastatic vertebral bone tumors; 2. Thoracolumbar OVCF without pain; 3. Multisegmental thoracolumbar fracture; 4. Combined with nerve injury or posterior ligament complex injury; 5. Follow-up time <6 months; 6. Surgical contraindications.
