Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Vascular surgery inpatients aged 18 to 80 years old who plan to undergo surgery for lower extremity arteriovenous diseases; 2. patients with postoperative Caprini score of > 2 who need to use anticoagulant drugs for VTE prevention; 3. The patient or legal representative has been informed of the nature of the study and understands the protocol to ensure compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects are pregnant or lactating; 2. Subjects were diagnosed with VTE or higher blood risk in this hospitalization; 3. The subject was diagnosed as lower extremity arterial thromboembolism and lower extremity traumatic hematoma with lower leg fibrous tissue disease; 4. Subjects with severe blood disease, malignant tumor life expectancy < 6 months, severe anemia and immune disease, or are receiving hormone therapy; 5. Subjects have contraindications against platelet, anticoagulant and thrombolytic drugs; 6. Creatinine clearance rate < 30ml/min.
