Inclusion criteria: All newborns born in Guangzhou and discharged with the puerpera.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who fail to be discharged from the hospital due to premature delivery or other serious diseases in the neonatal period; 2. Children died of other serious diseases or accidents in neonatal period
