65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients who did not use opioids or opioids three months before surgery; 3. Patients with spinal anesthesia; 4. Patients older than 65 years old; 5. Patients without definite history of delirium and dementia three months before operation; 6. Patients without history of nervous system related diseases and mental diseases; 7. Patients who voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and cerebrovascular disease history; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness; 3. Patients with local anesthetic allergy; 4. Patients who can't understand sleep assessment scale and cooperate with evaluation; 5. Patients under general anesthesia; 6. Patients with emergency operation; 7. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
