Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ACS patients undergoing selective coronary angiography; 2. The LDL - C 70 mg/dL or higher (1.8 or higher tendency/L); 3. Patients with carotid plaque shown by carotid artery color ultrasound or CAROTID artery MR; 4. Best corrected vision > 0.1; 5. Male or female aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical state instability (hemodynamic or electrodynamic instability); 2. Severe renal insufficiency to estimate the glomerular filtration rate.30 ml/min. 3. Active liver disease or liver dysfunction; 4. Known statin intolerance; 5. Patients who have received Evolocumab or other PCSK9 inhibitors; 6. Another research facility or drug study is currently under way; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Allergic or contraindicated to PCSK9 inhibitors; 9. Patients who have received intravitreal drug injection or laser therapy or fundus surgery; 10. Patients with other eye diseases that affect the ability to obtain clear images.
