Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis of the hip, aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, dysplasia of the hip and fracture of the femoral neck; 2. Clinical symptoms, physical examination and imaging examination confirmed the need for total hip arthroplasty, and the skin sensation of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve innervation area was normal; 3. Patients with BMI < 30; 4. Patients who sign informed consent form; 5. Patients can communicate effectively, agree to have artificial joint replacement surgery, have good compliance and can be followed up and checked on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with poor general condition and serious organ diseases can not tolerate general anesthesia or surgery; 2. Patients with infectious diseases at the operation site or sinus in local skin; 3. Patients with crow ? hip dysplasia, fusion hip and stiff hip; 4. Patients who had undergone ipsilateral hip arthroplasty and needed revision; 5. Elderly patients, aged more than or equal to 80 years old; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
