Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent thyroid cancer resection in the thyroid group of general surgery of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from August 2020 to September 2020; 2. ASA grade I - II; 3. Patients aged between 20 and 65 years; 4. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid tumor and grave's disease; 2. Patients with a history of second or more thyroid surgeries; 3. Patients with non-traditional neck incision; 4. Patients with history of head and neck surgery or radiotherapy; 5. Patients with laryngitis; 6. Patients with long history of glucocorticoid use; 7. Patients with diabetes mellitus; 8. Current pregnant or lactating patients; 9. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
