Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 2) Patients aged 25 - 65 years; 3) BMI< 40kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients participating in other clinical trials; 2) Other reasons that researchers think are inappropriate for clinical trials; 3) Previous sleep disorders; 4) Previously accepted treatment of OSAS; 5) Seriously neurological or mental illness; 6) Alcohol/Drug abuse; 7) Craniofacial malformations/Upper airway anatomic changes; 8) Patients who disagree/Less educatied patients.
