Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 0-65 years, sex unlimited, with or without TSC family history; (2) Patients who meet the 2012 edition of the international diagnostic standards for TSC (including confirmed, pending, and suspected); (3) Within the last 12 months who have been diagnosed with TSC and have medical records, or must be a newly diagnosed TSC patient; (4) Seizure and seizure type categories meet ILAE2015 / 2017 criteria; (5) With or without antiepileptic drugs, ketogenic diet therapy, epilepsy surgery and neuroregulatory therapy; (6) Annual follow-up, complete the following examinations: seizure symptoms, history of epilepsy;neurological signs, Scalp EEG (more than 2 hours including awake and sleep) , 1.5 t / 3.0 t MRI, etc; (7) Complete the genetic examination and define the TSC classification, to guide the treatment and Eugenics; (8) Consent of the patient or his family and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, Urinary Diseases; (2) Patients with brain tumors, Multiple Sclerosis, encephalitis, brain Tuberculoma, aneurysm and other non-tuberous Sclerosis; (3) Patients with transplant surgery, stem cell therapy, transfusion of allogeneic blood products within six months, hemolytic disease.
