Interventions

experimental group:The hydrodissection of the median nerve under ultrasound guidance 3mL drugs (0.375% 1ml ropivacaine (75mg 10ml), 1ml betamethasone injection, vitamin B12 1ml)
Control group:The hydrodissection of the median nerve under ultrasound guidance 3ml medicine (injection of physiological saline 2ml + vitamin B12 1ml)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for carpal tunnel syndrome; (2) The patients had not been injected with hormones, local anesthetics, splints, and surgical treatment before being enrolled; (3) voluntarily joined the study and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Accompanied by severe cardiopulmonary disease, blood system disease, immune rheumatic system disease, or endocrine or immune system disease that requires long-term medication; (2) Previous fracture or deformity of the wrist; (3) Nerve root cervical spine Those who have finger numbness caused by disease, polyneuropathy, thoracic outlet syndrome, etc.; (4) Those who have local infection; (5) Those who have dementia or mental disorders and cannot be evaluated normally.
