Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the Beck depression inventory BDI - II (Beck, Steer, & Brown, 1996) scored >=14, at least ensure that participants more than mild depression level; 2. Volunteer to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suicidal intention; 2. taking psychiatric medication; 3. being in psychotherapy or other treatment.
