Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 20-75 years old; 2. Puncture pathology confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma; Non high columnar cell type. Or patients with C-TIRADS grade 5 who refuse to undergo puncture diagnosis. 3.Ultrasound examination indicates that all of the following conditions are met: tumor <= 10mm, no invasion of thyroid capsule, not close to trachea and posterior thyroid capsule (recurrent laryngeal nerve position), and no metastatic lymph nodes; 4. Not participating in other similar studies; 5.Patients who meet the above conditions are willing to choose dynamic observation rather than immediate surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture diagnosis of thyroid cancer, but not papillary carcinoma; 2.Thyroid cancer larger than 10mm; 3.Those that do not meet the low-risk characteristics indicated by ultrasound, such as tumor invasion of the thyroid capsule, adhesion to the trachea, suspected lymph node metastasis, etc; 4. Mental tension and unwillingness to choose observers.
