Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need primary total hip arthroplasty due to severe hip osteoarthritis, osteonecrosis of the femoral head, and osteoarthritis secondary to developmental dysplasia of the hip; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 3. The preoperative American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade (anesthesia risk assessment) was grade I ~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to drugs used in the experiment; 2. Patients with language disorder and unable to complete various questionnaire scores; 3. Patients with limb neuropathy on the operative side; 4. Patients with mental illness; 5. Patients with one-stage bilateral total hip arthroplasty; 6. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 7. Patients with history of hip surgery before primary replacement; 8. Patients with osteoarthritis secondary to hip infection after cure; 9. Patients with wide iliac wing or bone defect in the posterior wall of acetabulum.
