Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients were aged over 60 years old, had received MHD treatment (> 3 months), the vascular access was autogenous arteriovenous fistula, and hemodialysis was performed three times a week. 2. Independent walking ability of ambulatory patients with conscious consciousness, communication ability, accept the questionnaire and can answer questions and voluntarily participate in MHD patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable condition (habitual hypoglycemia, blood pressure > 160 / 100 mmHg or < 100 / 60 mmHg). 2. There were disorders of balance and motor system, mental illness and cognitive impairment. Recently, they took antidepressants, antiepileptics, sedative hypnotics, short-acting analgesics and local anesthetics. 3. Arrhythmia. 4. Those who have participated in sports training within 3 weeks.
