Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age was 18-80 years old; (2) The diagnostic criteria of PPPD established by Barany association were met; (3) Peripheral vestibular lesions were excluded by electronystagmography (VNG), video head pulse test (vHIT) and vestibular evoked myogenic potential (VEMP). (4) Patients were enrolled voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Meniere's disease, vestibular migraine and other vestibular system diseases occurred; (2) Accompanied by dizziness caused by central nervous system or other systems; (3) Patients with previous anxiety/depression disorder or other serious mental illness; (4) In pregnancy and lactation period; (5) Those who can not cooperate with TMS or have TMS contraindications.
