5 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5 to 75 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed by echocardiography examination previously with the conclusion of bicuspid aortic valvular disease, and their first-degree relatives (i.e. their parents, siblings,and children); 3. Subjects voluntarily participate in the study with signed informed consent; 4. The parents/legal guardians of the minor subjects agree to participate in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant woman or lactating woman; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate or are reluctant to sign the informed consent; 3. For minor patients, their parents or legal guardians do not agree to participate in the study.
