Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) the Beck depression inventory BDI - II (Beck, Steer, & Brown, 1996) scored >=14, at least ensure that participants more than mild depression level; (2) Volunteer to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suicidal intention; (2) taking psychiatric medication; (3) being in psychotherapy or other treatment; (4) not being willing to participate in the research.
