Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects of 60-80-year-old community-based elderly people with hypertension meet the diagnostic criteria of elderly hypertension (2017 Edition) in China; 2. Define the existing object by FOF; 3. Those who can complete sports training independently or with the help of auxiliary tools.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects with serious hearing and language expression disorders; 2. Patients in critical period, such as heart, liver and kidney failure; 3. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction.
