Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for POI: amenorrhea, increased gonadotropin levels (FSH > 40 U/L) and decreased estrogen levels in women before 40 years of age.Inclusion criteria for perimenopause were: irregular menstrual cycle, presence or absence of other perimenopausal symptoms, increased FSH, and decreased E2 and P.The inclusion criteria for menopausal women were (meeting either of them): bilateral ovariectomy (with or without hysterectomy) with FSH > 40 IU/L for 12 consecutive months without spontaneous menstruation or 6 weeks before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: depression, anxiety, sleep or circadian rhythm disorders (except insomnia), Alzheimer's disease and other psychiatric disorders diagnosed by psychiatrists; Meniel's syndrome; arthralgia caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis.
