Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were aged 18 years or older and laboratory-confirmed with COVID-19 by nucleic acid assay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing pathogen or chest computerized tomography (CT) detection; 2. Severe comorbidities, such as advanced malignancy, congenital heart disease or autoimmune diseases.
