Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. the APACHE II score 15 points or more; 3. Mechanical ventilation time >=24 hours; 4. The incisors do not fall off.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Oral cavity damage (n=2); 2. Skin allergy.
