Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. Histopathology diagnosis of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer; 3. There was no systemic chemotherapy and immunotherapy before; 4. At least one CT measurable lesion (by RECIST 1.1); 5. ECOG PS0-2; 6. No active brain metastasis; 7. Expected survival is above three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other pathological types of tumors (In addition to small cell lung cancer); 2. History of severe allergies or allergies; 3. Pregnant or breast-feeding; 4. Patients who have previously participated in other clinical trials and have not terminated the trial; 5. With history of psychotropic substance abuse; 6. There is chronic persistent infection; 7. The researcher believe that the Patient is not suitable to participate in the study.
