Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High risk (HR) AML patients and intermediate risk AML patients have suitable donors in CR1 state

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Before transplantation, the bone marrow of AML patients could not reach CR state, and there were serious complications of other organs before transplantation, such as severe pulmonary infection, heart failure, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
