60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. New single-segment compression fractures of the thoracic spine (T8-12); 3. The persistent pain in the chest, back and intercostal space significantly affects daily life; 4. The bone density T value is less than -2.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of lower limb neurological deficits; 2. Patients with multiple injuries; 3. Patients with previous spinal deformities or previous spinal surgery; 4. Clinical or imaging evidence of metastatic bone tumor or multiple myeloma; 5. Asymptomatic fractures; 6. Systemic or local infections and severe bleeding diseases.
