Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The remaining frozen embryos were to be feted again. RIF is defined as: 1. Patients with at least two failed embryo transfer cycles (including fresh cycles and freeze-thaw cycles); 2. Or the number of transferred embryos > 10 / high-quality embryos > 6 / high-quality blastocysts > 2 have not yet obtained clinical pregnancy; 3. Or in the failure cycle, the transferred embryos were of high quality (>= 4 grade I and II cleavage stage embryos or > 2 high quality blastocysts (3bC / 3CB or above).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine malformation or endometrial organic lesions; 2. Patients with uterine fibroids and adenomyosis with endometrial compression; 3. Patients with history of intrauterine adhesions; 4. Patients with chromosomal abnormalities in one or both sides; 5. Patients with thyroid disease or uncontrolled diabetes and other endocrine diseases; 6. Patients with antiphospholipid syndrome or other thrombophilic states.
