Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14-55 years old; 2. Gender: male and female are not limited; 3. The diagnosis is hematologic diseases (including acute leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, etc.); 4. The ECOG score is 0-2; 5. HLA-identical Sibling allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 6. Normal cardiac function: ejection fraction >= 50%; 7. Serum bilirubin <= 35 µ mol / L , AST or ALT is less than 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; 8. Serum creatinine <= 130 µ mol / L; 9. The patient had signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe ATG allergy (such as anaphylactic shock or laryngeal edema); 2. Severe infection not under control before transplantation; 3. Haploid ,unrelated hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or non myeloablative conditioning of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
