Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent of guardian; 2. Blood vessel conditions meet the requirements of blood collection; 3. The patients who meet the indications of stem cell transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection and serious damage to important organ functions; 2. Patients whose expected survival time may be shorter than the trial treatment period; 3. Patients who are allergic to busulfan or have any contraindications for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 4. Patients treated with other systemic trial drugs.
