Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the age classification standard of the World Health Organization (who), the subjects aged between 18 and 59 years old; 2. The patients with primary hypertension who have been diagnosed; 3. Those who can skillfully use smart phones and use wechat; 4. Permanent residents (no less than 6 months in the community); 5. Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form agreed to accept various intervention methods and obey the arrangement of the research group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other organ complications; 2. Patients with other serious somatic diseases; 3. Patients with abnormal mental state due to other nervous system diseases; 4. Patients with family history of mental illness and drug or alcohol dependence.
