Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with mandibular cyst were selected; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years; 3. The patients with more than 3 teeth positions or cyst with a maximum length of more than 3cm; 4. The continuity of mandible was intact. The thickness of lateral bone of cyst was more than 5mm (thickness of mandibular cortex); 5. Subjects with good general condition and no abnormal bone disease; 6. The subjects who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with small cyst volume, unsuitable for fenestration, or with large cyst volume, causing extensive damage to mandible, interruption of mandible continuity and poor prognosis of fenestration and decompression; 2. The imaging features of the cyst were unclear margin, undercutting type, suspected to be malignant tumor of mandible, or patients with malignant tumor of mandible confirmed by postoperative pathology; 3. Patients with simple bone cyst without cyst wall coating; 4. Patients with mandibular myxoma; 5. Patients with severe mental illness, such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, etc., who are difficult to cooperate with clinical trials; 6. Patients with unclear description of self symptoms or uncooperative investigation; 7. Patients who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy due to other oral malignancies within 1 year after operation.
