Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sepsis 3.0 who were associated with sepsis with cardiac insufficiency signed an informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous severe chronic renal insufficiency; 2. Patients with renal tumors, urinary calculi, hydronephrosis, tuberculosis and other diseases; 3. Previous chronic cardiac insufficiency, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, severe arrhythmia; 4. Contraindication of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide; 5. Non-sepsis patients with cardiac and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with various chronic diseases and terminal stage; 7. Long-term users of hormones and immunosuppressants; 8. Patients in critical condition and considered by clinicians to be likely to die within 24 hours; 9. Age < 18 years old and pregnant women, etc.
