25 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of alcohol dependence in International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision (ICD-11) and Mental Disorder Diagnosis and Statistics Manual V (DSM-5); 2. Male aged 25-50 years, at least secondary school education, right-handed; 3. The treatment time was more than 1 week without obvious withdrawal symptoms; No obvious symptoms of dementia, MMSE >= 24; No contraindications for MRI examination; 4. All participants and their relatives or legal guardians must sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with severe physical diseases, brain trauma, mental retardation, dementia, epilepsy, psychotic symptoms or family history of mental disorders; 2. Other psychoactive substance dependence or behavioral (gambling, online gaming, etc.) addiction history; 3. Take benzodiazepines or receive psychiatric medication within the last 2 weeks; 4. People who can't tolerate MRI tests,or the quality of MRI data is unsatisfactory.
