Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective robot-assisted radical prostatectomy; age 65-79 years; body mass index (BMI) 19-28kg/m2; ASA grade II or III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious respiratory complications, including COPD, pulmonary bullae, bronchiectasis, asthma, severe sleep apnea syndrome, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary heart disease, etc.; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.; 3. Cannot cooperate with preoperative respiratory muscle exercise; 4. Patients have undergone thoracic surgery or surgery in the past 6 months; 5. Patients without preoperative chest CT examination 6. Patients who cannot remove the tracheal tube after surgery.
