Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 7 to 75 years old; 2. patients with acquired dystonia whose vore clinical manifestations are rigidity and have clear etiology; 3. the course of dystonia is more than 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can not tolerate general anesthesia for various reasons; 2. Any intracranial abnormalities that hinder DBS surgery; 3. whether there are any obvious mental disorders that may affect subjects' compliance with the requirements of the study program (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, mood disorder with psychotic characteristics, group B personality disorder) severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 24; 4. any drug or alcohol abuse according to DSM-V standards; 5. any history of recurrent or unprovoked seizures. Any major disease that may interfere with the research process or may confuse the end point assessment of the study; 6. any lifelong disease with a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
