Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. The pain lasts more than three months; 3. The subject has confirmed that the physiological structure has undergone pathological changes and requires surgical treatment; 4. Those with active infectious diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, and tuberculosis; 5. The subject agreed to participate in the trial and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude general surgical contraindications; 2. Patients with severe mental or mental illness; 3. Drug abuse patients; 4. The patient is unwilling to participate in the clinical trial; 5. Patients who are critically ill or dying and cannot participate in this study; 6. Patients who the researcher thinks are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
