Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly who have lived in the local area for more than 5 years and aged 65 or above; 2. Be able to provide personal health records; 3. The individual or guardian is willing to participate in the project and can sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious mental and psychological diseases; 2. Refuse to answer questions, cannot accept body side measurement and blood / urine collection; 3. Refuse to accept dietary guidance.
