Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were pathologically diagnosed as gastric neoplasm and undergoing radical resection; 2. aged at least 18 years old; 3. capable of effective communication and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. distant metastasis; 2. patients with concurrent gastrointestinal cancer or malignant tumor of other tissues and organs; 3. patients with short bowel syndrome, acute gastrointestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic constipation, Karnofsky index 3) The patients had respiratory insufficiency (PaO2 < 70 mmHg), American Society of Anesthesiology score 4 – 5, child-c grade of liver function, The patients were not willing to take oral nutrition before the operation; 4. patients who were not willing to take oral nutrition before the operation; 5. those who did not follow the doctor's advice before the operation; 6. those who were not willing to take oral nutrition before the operation Sexual diseases.
