5 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Bone tumors of limbs or spine; (2) Bone defection after tumor resection; (3) Aged 5-60 years; (4) Willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute stage of infection; (2) Malignant tumor with chemoresistance or disease progressed during chemotherapy; (3) Other systemic serious diseases or mental disorders; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Other circumstances.
