Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged between 20 and 80 years old have clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment and mental illness, and can communicate normally; 2. The subjects who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form agreed to accept various intervention methods of the research group and obey the arrangement of the research group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic heart disease, malignant tumor, malignant arrhythmia, liver and kidney failure and other serious diseases; 2. Patients who were previously diagnosed with coronary heart disease, stroke, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and chronic renal failure; 3. Those who can't cooperate to complete the intervention; 4. Subjects who have participated in health management research in recent 3 months.
