17 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who plan to undergo maxillofacial surgery; 2. Patients who sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients with normal cardiopulmonary function; 4. Patients aged 18-65 years old; 5. ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Objects that refuse to cooperate; 2. Patients taking angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, bronchodilators or steroids; 3. Patients with sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 4. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency.
