Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For those patients who are ready for elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery with endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia, the estimated operation time is 2-4 hours; 2. Aged >=18 years, American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, II or III, and body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-24 kg / m2; 3. According to the medical history, physical examination and laboratory examination, patients without serious cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney diseases, obvious mental disorders and sedative and hypnotic drug use history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous pulmonary diseases; 2. Patients with throat pain or fever before operation; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction and immune system diseases, endocrine system diseases or any other diseases or pathological conditions that may interfere with the experimental results; 4. Identify the patients who are allergic to the study drug; 5. Patients with difficult tracheal intubation.
