Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients within 3 months after ureterostomy; 2. Conscious patients; informed and agreed to this study; 3. Patients who can use ureterostomy bag independently to assist the replacement of appliances; 4. Patients older than or equal to 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient quies due to death ,operation and subjective will.
