Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65 years old. Male female ratio: 1:1; 2. Those with educational background above junior high school; 3. Patients with essential hypertension: mild or moderate level, according to the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension; 4. Patients taking only one kind of antihypertensive drug or not taking drug; 5. Patients with rapid infection and negative chest X-ray examination; 6. Patients who voluntarily participate in the trial and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pregnancy, lactation, or taking contraceptives; 2. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials in the past month; 3. Patients who have drunk western medicine, Mongolian medicine, traditional Chinese medicine or other traditional medicine treatment other than antihypertensive drugs within 2 weeks and participated in psychosomatic interaction therapy of Mongolian medicine need to stop for more than 2 weeks before they can participate in this study; 4. Patients with mental illness status or history or history of alcohol and drug abuse affect the compliance with the study protocol; 5. Any other situation that affects the results of the study as judged by the doctor.
