18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who start regular medical clinic visits in our hospital from 4-12 gestational week; 2. At least 18 years old; 3. Able to complete clinical questionnaires and scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes is diagnosed before pregnancy; 2. Newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes during pregnancy; 3. The first visit to our hospital is 24w or later; 4. Significant pathological liver and kidney dysfunction before or during pregnancy and other chronic diseases that may affect obstetric outcomes; 5. Hypercortisolism, growth hormone tumor, clinical hyperthyroidism or clinical hypothyroidism, islet cell tumor and other diseases that can significantly affect blood glucose before or during pregnancy; 6. Pregnant women who are unable to follow up regularly or complete questionnaires in our hospital.
