Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject with normal dioptric media and volunteer to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye diseases: nystagmus, keratopathy, aphagylens eye, cataract, glaucoma, uveitis, ptosis, strabismus and amblyopia, primary eye inflammation, macular lesions and other diseases and related medical history, history of eye trauma, history of eye surgery; 2. Serious systemic diseases without formal medical intervention are as follows: pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension, liver and kidney diseases, blood diseases, immune system diseases, allergic diseases; 3. History of ocular infection/inflammatory attack and special systemic drug use.
