Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of ischemic stroke is in line with "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018"; (2) Aged greater than 18 years old; (3) First incidence; (4) Admitted within 8 hours of onset; (5) The patient or the patient's guardian signs an informed consent form, and the patient can cooperate to complete the examination and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumors, severe heart and lung dysfunction, and severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) Those who refuse to sign informed consent.
